I brought my wife into the uk earlier this year on a spouse visa, threee months down the road, she reported to the police that i raped her. The police dropped the charges against me after investigating the incident.
Presently, she social services have given her a place to stay, and i learnt that she wanted to use domestic volence to get her indefinite leave to remain in this country, but i am not sure if you can get it, since i was not taken to court on her false allegations. Can i cancel her visa with the home office, cause she still has a year and a couple of months to go on her visa. thx

You can get the visa cancelled because there is no evidence of the reported crime  i.e. charges dropped, no conviction, the problem you will have is that you will need to know where she is, and you will need to know her home office reference number, you will need to tell the UK border agency as soon as possible.
