Hi,My Friends

I need to go back to visit my county for 1-2weeks in a very near future.

But my passport is going to expire in 2-3months time. i am not sure if need to renew my possport? Can I still use this one to travel back to my homeland and come back to the UK?

If i have to renew my passport (will be reluctant to do so...), i will have a new passport without IRL stamp. Will the IRL stamp on the old passport be still recognizable for British customs/government?

As long as you travel and carry your old passport with you, you won't have any problems with immigration.  They also issue a letter for ILR, you can carry that also instead of passport.
